Click on Options
Choose Mail and News Preferences
Select Servers
In the Outgoing Server Field enter: mail.mv.net
In the Incoming Server Field enter: pop.mv.net
POP3 Username Field enter: loginname-xx
Then click on the Identity Tab
Enter your name
Enter your email address username@loginname.mv.net
