Start Outlook Express. If you already have it configured for using POP, you can temporarily disable it from retrieving your email by clicking on Tools then Options, from General tab uncheck the box that says "Check for new messages every...". If you do not currently have Outlook Express configured, you can skip this step and continue to the next.

Click on Tools then Accounts to bring up the accounts window.

On the right, click Add and select Mail as the account type.
